Cookie Policy

This page explains what RAK On Wheels stores on your device when you use this website. There is no cookie banner because we do not use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking of any kind.

What we store

Very little, and only what the site needs to work:

• Bot protection. Our ticket form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It loads only on pages with a form and may set cookies that are strictly necessary for that check.
• Sharing. If you choose to share your booking on LinkedIn, a temporary sign-in token is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.

Orders and payments

If you follow a campaign link straight to our ticket page, the campaign tags in that link are sent with your order so we know which campaigns sell tickets. They are not stored on your device.

When you pay, you are taken to our payment provider, PayTabs, which may set cookies of its own on its pages under its own policy. We do not see or store your card details.

Managing storage

None of the above is used to track you across other websites. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, although you may need to complete the bot check again.
